In 1997 Sanctuary was founded in Los Angeles by husband and wife team, Ken and Deb Polanco. They have grown from pant makers into a full women’s collection. Sanctuary’s goal is to redefine modern timeless fashion with trusted quality and value.

Ken and Deb are taking steps to bring Sanctuary to the forefront of the eco-movement and be more socially and environmentally conscious. They are starting to manufacture with recycled and low impact fibers that use less water, chemicals, and energy. They are partnering with factories that are putting the environment first, and they are supporting vendors who are focusing on their employees and communities.
